About CJMT
CJMT has been proudly serving the Jewish community in Toronto for over 15 years. Our mission is to strengthen Jewish identity, foster unity, and celebrate the rich cultural heritage of our community.
We place a special emphasis on preserving and sharing the traditions of Jews from Morocco, while also embracing the diversity of the broader Jewish community in Toronto.
What We Do
- Cultural Events: Hosting concerts, lectures, holiday celebrations, and community gatherings that highlight Jewish and Moroccan traditions.
- Community Support: Creating a welcoming space for families, youth, and seniors to connect and grow together.
- Heritage & Education: Promoting awareness of Moroccan Jewish history, customs, and values through workshops, exhibits, and educational programming.

CJMT is dedicated to being a vibrant center of Jewish life in Toronto, where tradition and modernity meet. By celebrating our Moroccan roots while engaging with the wider Jewish world, we aim to inspire pride, continuity, and unity for future generations.
